Double profiled square log with thermal insulation

Thickness of mechanically processed profiled logs is 90 mm, 100 mm-thick wool and 90 mm-thick profiled log. They are profiled on new four-side WEINIG PROFIMAT 26 SUPER machines. Locks are cut on new KRUSI-40 CM 4x4 machines what results in tight and precise junctions.

Glued profiled half-rounded square log

Its technology is the same as the one for a regular glued square log only the walls of a house are round from outside and flat on the inside. Such technology is designed for people who wish to see a round-log house from the outside and to have flat walls inside for their own convenience in order to do finishing works in easier way.
 

Glued profiled square log

These logs are glued of selected double-cut planks joined together lengthwise and compressed by hydraulic press. The obtained beam is profiled on modern machinery. Glued profiled square log is available in thickness up to 220 mm.

Manually processed round logs

We use whole-length round logs that are cut in winter, are debarked and dried in natural conditions, and processed manually according to Scandinavian method of cutting. The diameter of logs ranges from 200 to 350 mm and more.
 

Scandinavian method of cutting

We use dried logs of trimmed pine that are cut in winter and are dried and processed manually. The surface of logs is planed and sanded. Thickness of log walls is 200 mm.

Single dried profiled square log

Thickness of mechanically processed profiled logs ranges from 75 to 180 mm. Logs are sorted out and dried; they are profiled on new four-side WEINIG PROFIMAT 26 SUPER machines. Locks are cut on new KRUSI-40 CM 4x4 machines, what results in tight and precise junctions.
